Monthly Newsletter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to the Amok newsletter, you are automatically entered into our monthly giveaway for a chance to win a gift card or discount code.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be an active subscriber to the Amok newsletter at the time of the monthly draw to be eligible.
  • If you unsubscribe, you will automatically be removed from future draws.
  • Unsubscribing after winning does not affect the validity of a gift card or discount code you have already received.
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.

2. How the Winner is Drawn

Each month, one winner is selected at random from all active subscribers to the Amok newsletter. Every eligible subscriber has an equal chance of being selected.

3. Prize & Value

The prize consists of a digital gift card or discount code. The value depends on the winner's local market and currency:

* Winners outside the listed markets will receive an approximately equivalent value in their local currency or USD.

The gift card or discount code is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Announcement & Privacy

To ensure transparency while respecting your privacy, we publish the winner's first name and general location, for example “John from Oslo” or “Emma from Munich”, on this page each month. By participating, you consent to this limited publication.

The winner will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe to the newsletter and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this period, a new winner may be drawn.

5. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway.
