The only place to buy Amok gear is through our official website amokequipment.com (or our regional domains depending on your location). This ensures you receive authentic products and full support from us.
If you come across our gear being sold elsewhere, it is most likely a scam.
We also offer a 100-day risk-free trial, so you can test the gear at home or at your favorite hang spot and see if it’s right for you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay.
You can also check out quickly with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, or PayPal.
We ship every business day from our warehouse in Europe with DHL Express. See the estimated delivery times to your destination below. Note: In rural areas, DHL cooperates with local shipping partners for the final delivery, so please allow a couple of extra days for shipping.
Once your order is picked up from our warehouse you get an email and/or a text message from DHL Express. With it you can:
- Track your order
- Customize your delivery options if you like to:
- Change the delivery date
- Change delivery address
- Collect from DHL service points
- Leave it with your neighbor
- Signature release it so DHL will leave it at your doorstep

Australia: Free shipping on orders over $600 AUD. $29.95 AUD on orders up to $600 AUD. All taxes and duties included. Deliveries to Australia usually take 6-7 days.
Canada: Free shipping on orders over $250 CAD. $24.95 CAD on orders up to $250 CAD. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout. Deliveries to Canada usually take 2-4 days.
New Zealand: Free shipping on orders over $700 NZD. $34.95 NZD on orders up to $700 NZD. All taxes and duties included. Deliveries to NZ usually take 6-7 days.
United States: Free shipping on orders over $200 USD. $19.95 USD on orders up $200 USD. All taxes and duties included. Deliveries to the US usually take 2-4 days.

Our warehouse-partners work at the speed of light to deliver your Amok product as soon as possible, this means we are unable to edit completed orders. What we can help you out with is a return or an exchange after you've received your order. You can read more about it below, or just reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com and we'll help you out.
Your order will ship on the order day or the following business day.
As soon as you complete your order we send out an order confirmation to your registered email, check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. You can also log in to your account in our webshop to find your registered address and order history, make sure you use the same email address you used when placing your order.
You have 100 days from the day you receive your item(s) to get properly familiar with the products before deciding if they’re right for you.
During this period, we encourage you to use the gear as it’s meant to be used - outdoors and in real conditions. Amok products are built for real use, and we want you to have enough time to test functionality, fit, and whether the product suits your needs.
If you find during the trial period that you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange all or part of your order and receive a refund - provided the product is returned in good condition. This policy is built on trust, and we expect reasonable care when using the gear.
We accept normal signs of use during the trial period, such as missing tags or a faint smell of campfire smoke. What matters most to us is an honest assessment of the product’s condition when it’s returned. Please note that products with damage or modifications may be subject to a deduction for loss of value.
If you want to return your item for a refund or exchange it for a different size or model, please notify us within 100 days of receiving your order. Send your request via email to support@amokequipment.com with the following details:
- Your order number (found at the top of the order confirmation email).
- An overview of the item(s) you wish to return and any item(s) you may want to exchange for.
- Information about the item's condition: new/unopened or demo tested (give a short condition report), along with any other relevant details.
While awaiting our response, please clean and dry any products used outdoors before packing them for shipment.
We pay for the return shipping. You will receive exact instructions along with your DHL Express return label.
Under normal circumstances, reimbursement processing can take up to 14 days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Usually your refund should be issued within 1-2 weeks. If you've not received your refund from us after two weeks, get in touch with us at support@amokequipment.com and we will check up on your return shipment.
Our goal is to deliver the best possible equipment to you. We warrant all Amok products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If an Amok product fails due to defects in workmanship or material, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. All warranty-cases are assessed by our support team, often in collaboration with our designers.
Products purchased from our outlet - including discontinued items, demo-tested gear, and repaired products all come with the same 5-year warranty as our brand-new products.
Please note that warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original Amok parts and products, or any attempt of repair or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Amok Equipment. Damage not covered under the warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee.

We ask that you send us an email at support@amokequipment.com with the following information so that we can do our best to help you out.
- Send us your order number.
- Send us a description of the damage and how it occured. Please include pictures and/or video when relevant.
- If you discover a leak in your pad, please include a video showing the leak when you contact us. You can find helpful tips in our video on how to locate leaks.
- Send us the LOT-number of the product in question.

We do! If you've damaged your product, reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com and we'll help you out. Depending on the complexity of the damage and the repair the cost will be somewhere between 60-100 USD (shipping included). We do our best to make sure your Amok product is a lifelong companion!
Yes, of course you can, but we ask you to reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com first with some details and pictures regarding the damage so that we can guide you in the right direction on how to do it. For some typical repairs we have step by step guides we can send you. Usually we can also help you out with spare parts if you need any for your repair.
Absolutely! We love nothing more than making an Amok product your heirloom. As long as the quality of the parts and the fabric is good, almost anything can be fixed.
(Please note that long term exposure to sun, wind and rain will deteriorate the fabric and make it harder to repair - this will happen if your Amok product is left outside, and not taken in between uses, over a longer period of time.)
