2. Conclusion of Agreement

The agreement between you and Amok Equipment AS is binding once you have submitted your order in the online store.

  • After the order is sent, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We recommend checking this to ensure everything is correct—product, quantity, price, and delivery address.

  • If we discover errors in pricing (exceeding 20% of the normal retail price), product information, or availability after you have placed the order, we reserve the right to cancel all or part of the order. In such cases, you will be informed, and any payment will be refunded.

  • If you are under 18, the purchase must be carried out by a guardian or another legal adult.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT unless otherwise clearly stated. The total cost of the purchase is always shown before you confirm the order and includes shipping and any fees.

Discount Codes Discount codes apply only to products that are not already discounted and are valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to deactivate codes in cases of misuse.

4. Delivery and Shipping

If you place your order before 12:00 PM Central European Time (CET, UTC+01:00) in winter and Central European Summer Time (CEST, UTC+02:00) in summer, there is a good chance it will be shipped the same day.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Drøbak, Norway or Gothenburg, Sweden. We carry the risk for the products until they are delivered to you or a third party designated by you.

5. Right of Withdrawal and 100-Day Trial Period

You may cancel your purchase in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal Act. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The notification should be in writing (withdrawal form, email, or letter). Amok covers the return shipping costs.

You may test the product in a responsible manner to determine its nature and function. If testing exceeds what is necessary, you may be held liable for any reduction in the item's value.

In addition, we offer our own 100-day trial period, where you can test the products outdoors.

6. Complaints and 5-Year Warranty

All our products come with a 5-year warranty, in addition to the statutory right of complaint. If there is a defect, you must notify the seller within a reasonable time (within 2 months is always considered timely). The absolute deadline for complaints is 5 years for products intended to last significantly longer than two years.

In the event of a defect, you may:

  • Withhold payment.

  • Choose between repair or replacement.

  • Demand a price reduction.

  • Demand the agreement be rescinded (cancellation).

7. Returns and Return Address

To return an item, please email support@amokequipment.com with your order number. We will send you a return form that must be included in the package.
