Free US shipping on orders above $200 USD. $9.95 USD for orders under $200 USD. Australia and New Zealand free shipping on orders above $400 USD. $19.95 for orders under $400 USD.
We ship every business day from our storage in Europe with DHL Express. Deliveries to the US commonly takes 2-4 days, Australia and New Zealand 6-7 days.
Do I have to pay any import taxes?
No, all charges for taxes and import costs are included and covered by Amok.

Tracking your order, made easy!
Once your order is picked up from our warehouse you get an email and/or a text message from DHL Express. With this you can:
- Track your order
- Customize your delivery options if you like to:
- Change the delivery date
- Change delivery address
- Collect from DHL service points
- Leave it with your neighbor
- Signature release it so DHL will leave it at your doorstep
Delivery without contact – Signature Release
Our partner DHL Express offers the option to deliver without requiring a signature, providing a delivery without personal contact. This option is made available after you ordered with us, DHL will contact you by email and sms where you can choose “Signature release” as an option.
Sale Item Policy
Sale prices are not permanent and often end within a few days. If you want a hammock on sale, don’t wait and relax until you do it in your own brand new Amok hammock.
If we put a product on sale less than 14 days after you bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 14 days, and only if we have the same item and color that you originally purchased in stock.
